Amana Tool 45901 Carbide Tipped Core Box 3/8″ Juice Groove Bit

$42.35

The Amana Tool 45901 is one of my “go to” bits for making cutting and/or charcuterie boards juice grooves. I see a lot of people using just about everything it the world out there to make their juice grooves, this is just mine.

I always look at the cost of the bit versus the cost of the material I am cutting. If I have 200 dollars worth of wood sitting in front of me, I don’t risk cheap bits. I just take that portion of the “what if’s” out of the question.

My other juice groove bit is the Amana 45910. The only difference is the cutting width (or diameter), the 45910 is 1/2″ and the 45901 is 3/8″.  Just depends aesthetically on what size board I am making as to which groove size to use.

Also, I just want to share about the Amana Tool 45910, in addition to wood I have cut plastic cutting boards with it and it comes out beautifully.
